Bar Varia Bier Halle & Restaurant has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated chef to compliment our existing Kitchen team in a growing business.
Our successful candidate will have a real passion for food and posses the skills necessary to coach the team around them. You will work closely with our Head Chef to produce a high standard product and with our floor team to deliver excellent customer service. You must have an eye for detail and maintain high standard in all area of your work.
You will report directly to the Head Chef and be responsible for stock ordering/control, coaching of trainee’s and ensure that strict food hygiene practices are adhered too. Experience of Bavarian/German food is preferred but not essential; however, creativity is essential as you contribute to developing our menu.
