Perhaps the biggest change on the Glasgow site has been the investment in people. Snow Factor Training Ltd was created in May 2012, and has recruited and trained 54 new snow sport instructors in that time. The instructors are developed along the British Association of Snow Sport Instructors (BASI) pathway, with a number of the core team now cross trained on multi-discipline training, being able to teach Skiing, Snow Boarding and / or Ice Climbing.
