Freestyle 1
Straight running, correct posture, basic flatland tricks and switch linked turns.
3 hours Instruction
Tuesday Age 11 - 15 6.45pm - 9.45pm
Wednesday Adult 6.45pm - 9.45 pm
Freestyle 2
Freestyle Park etiquette, intro to boxes / rails, intro to kickers and one clean park run.
3 hours instruction
Tuesday: 11 - 15 6.45pm - 9.45pm
Wednesday: Adult 6.45pm - 9.45 pm
Freestyle 1& 2 will be delivered as a block booking
£79 for members or £99 for guests.
Freestyle 3
3 hours coaching
£39 member or £49 guest

Now you are ready to stomp those tricks! On your freestyle Record of Achievement Cards we have a selection of tricks listed for Kickers, boxes and rails. On this coaching session you can show us what you got and get our coaches to tick off those tricks remembering to switch them up. You will also learn our trick list inside out so you know what you have to do to complete F3.
You may not complete F3 first time round, so each time you have to repeat the level the price will reduce by £5 to a minimum £20 member or £30 guest.
Freestyle 4
3 hours coaching
£39 member, £49 guest
On completion of Freestyle 3, you can request a Freestyle 4 session at our reception desk. This session will ensure you stomp all the tricks from our tricklist, a clean and varied run showcasing different tricks.
You may not complete Freestyle 3 first time, so each time you have to repeat the level the price will reduce by £5 to a minimum £20 member or £30 guest.
Fast Track to F3
If you think you have what it takes to go directly to freestyle 3 you can request a coach assessment on Rookie Park night on a Thursday, this must be completed by one of our freestyle coaches. You must have a valid lift pass for your assessment.
All freestyle lessons & coaching will take place on our Rookie Park and will progress to main slope at coach discretion.
7-10 freestyle lessons will become available after trial period of 11-15 and adult.
