My name is Stu and I’m 6ft 2′. As both my parents are instructors, I started skiing when I was four.

The Bavarian Ski Institute heard of my amazing talent at the age of four years old - they nurtured this talent with some intense training that you see in Rocky 3, or maybe its Rocky 4… the one with the big Russian dude, he’s about 7ft tall, but Rocky still wins 🙂 You know the one I’m talking about.

Favourite Resort

My all time favourite resort is Soldeu in Andorra. Its got a good mix of intermediate and advanced runs, is cheap and quiet compared to the larger French and Italian Resorts… not to mention the great night life.

Most Hated Food

Shellfish or tortoise/ turtle… I am a firm believer in “if its in a shell it shouldn’t be eaten.” I don’t like food which burns more calories trying to get it out of its shell than you get when you eat it. Plus some of them have pincers, ouch!
