Times of usage
- Every Saturday and Sunday from 3pm until we close at 10pm
- The kitchen closes at 7.45pm so food orders must be made before this time
Family Pass Inclusions
- Maximum 4 persons (additions may be added at reception on arrival)
- Minimum 1, maximum 2 Adults
- Children are classed as under 16’s
- Skiers or snowboarders of recreational standard only
- Online booking only

- You must show your email confirmation on arrival at Snow Factor either by printing or displaying on a mobile device
- Concessions may be asked to show valid ID on arrival
