CUSTOMER CARE TEAM
CUSTOMER CARE TEAM
We are currently looking to fill two roles within our Customer Care Team based at our HQ in Braehead.
We are looking for enthusiastic and hard working individuals who love interacting with people. The successful candidates should be customer focused and take pride in delivering a high level of customer care for every person who visits us at Snow Factor.
The roles available would suit those looking for either full time or part time roles.

SLOPE TEAM
We are currently accepting applications for qualified ski and snowboard instructors at Snow Factor Glasgow for the 21/22 winter season.
Applicants will have an up to date ski and/or snowboard instructing qualification(s) equivalent to a B.A.S.I Level 1 or higher.
We are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working individuals who love teaching people of all ages and abilities how to ski and snowboard. Successful applicants will join the Snow Factor slope team on a part-time contract.
Rental team
We are currently accepting applications for rental technicians. for the 21/22 winter season. Customer safety, enjoyment and fun are of the utmost importance to us and every aspect of Snow Factor has been designed with the customer in mind.
We are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working individuals who love to ski and snowboard. Successful applicants will join the Snow Factor slope team on a part-time contract.

Restaurant and Bar Staff
Bar Varia is an award-winning Bavarian styled restaurant that looks over Scotland’s only indoor real-snow ski resort. To top it off, we are also home to Scotland’s only Ice Bar and we are looking for some enthusiastic guys and gals to join our team.
Experience in a service environment is preferred, and knowledge of beers and cocktails would be the cherry on the cake, but not essential as full training will be provided.

Join our Party Host Team
Party Hosts
Snow Factor is currently seeking multiple party hosts to run children’s parties. This role is perfect for enthusiastic and friendly personalities. You must posses a sense of fun and great communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Party hosts are the first line of contact for party bookings.
- Assist with the organisation of parties, e.g. inflating balloons, arranging party bags etc.
- Greet the party after their slope session, provide customers with drinks and serve food.
- Maintain high levels of communication between Snow Factor and the customer at all times.
- This job also requires staff to be in Christmas uniform during December.
