Here at Snow Factor we take the well-being of all staff and customers very seriously. To that end we have strict rules about behaviour when on the slope and means that we insist that all equipment must be of an appropriate standard. If you would like to use your own kit but are unsure if it meets our safety standards, please get in touch to arrange an assessment.

To further ensure the safety of all slope users, only our fully qualified Snow Factor instructors are permitted to teach or provide coaching on the dedicated lesson slope or main slope at any time and there are ratios for participants/instructors for each activity.
