DELIVERY

 

  • There will be a £1.00 postage & packaging charge added to all voucher purchases made over the phone or online.
  • Vouchers will be processed and dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class within 3 working days of payment being completed.
  • We deliver to the UK only.
  • Last orders for Christmas delivery will be the Tuesday 18th December.

 

THE NEED TO KNOWS

KEY VOUCHER T&C’s

  • Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the point of purchase.
  • Vouchers can be redeemed over the phone or at reception.
  • Vouchers may be used at Snow Factor and for pre-booked sessions at Baltic Ice Bar Glasgow.
  • Future bookings will be accepted, with the activity or session taking place after your vouchers have expired providing it is booked prior to the expiry.
  • Snow Factor will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to gift vouchers.
  • Should you be unable to use your voucher due to extenuating circumstances or wish to extend your voucher please contact our Customer Care Team prior to it expiring (admin fee may apply).
  • All voucher sales are final.
